Article Processing Charges Policy
Media Keperawatan Indonesia applies a transparent publication administration policy to support editorial management, peer-review coordination, manuscript production, online publication, and sustainable open access journal publishing.
Media Keperawatan Indonesia does not charge authors during the manuscript submission stage. All submitted manuscripts are processed through editorial screening and peer review according to the journal's editorial workflow, scope, and publication ethics standards.
Publication-related administration, including Article Processing Charges when applicable, is carried out after the manuscript has received an acceptance decision from the editorial office. Authors will be informed about the required administrative steps before the article proceeds to publication.
The APC supports journal publication activities, including editorial processing, peer-review management, manuscript editing, article layout, online publication, journal website maintenance, digital publishing support, and other publication services required to maintain the quality and sustainability of Media Keperawatan Indonesia.
Authors can access publication payment information and payment instructions through the official Author Document Center.

Payment Verification
Authors are responsible for ensuring that payment information and supporting documents submitted through the Author Document Center are accurate, complete, and consistent with the journal's administrative instructions.
Receipt Issuance
Receipt Payment may be requested after the publication payment has been confirmed and verified. The editorial or journal administration team will process the request according to the applicable procedure.
Transparency of Charges
Media Keperawatan Indonesia is committed to transparency in publication-related administration. Authors are encouraged to review all payment details and document requirements through the Author Document Center before completing the process.
Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are based on manuscript relevance, originality, scientific quality, ethical compliance, and peer-review results. Payment administration does not influence editorial evaluation, reviewer recommendations, or acceptance decisions.
Waiver or Reduction Request
The journal may consider waiver or reduction requests in special circumstances. Authors who require such consideration should contact the editorial office before completing publication administration.
Author Responsibility
