Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of the science module based on integrated STEM project-based learning to develop students' creative thinking skills. The method used in this development research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model standard, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study showed that the science module created was very valid with a percentage reaching 85.20%. The practicality module was obtained in small group trials of 76.38% and 80.85% in large group trials which were included in the practical criteria. The module was also proven to be effective in improving students' creative thinking skills, as seen from the increase in learning outcomes and active involvement of students in learning activities. Based on these findings, the science module based on project-based learning integrated with STEM is declared feasible to be used as open material in learning activities.
