Abstract
Revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan tantangan terbesar bagi organisasi yang saat ini dicirikan dengan perubahan signifikan dalam lingkungan bisnis. Kepemimpinan merupakan kunci dalam menghadapi krisis dan menumbuhkan semangat untuk kemajuan UMKM pada umumnya. Kepemimpinan yang efektif mampu menciptakan para wirausaha sosial yang berorientasi pada pembangunan masyarakat. Para wirausaha sosial diharapkan mampu memberikan peningkatan kinerja UMKM dalam menghadapi perubahan. Penelitian ini memiliki jawaban kuisioner sebanyak 40 responden dengan latar belakang para UMKM di industri kerajinan tangan di Yogyakarta. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif mampu meningkatkan jumlah wirausaha sosial yang mampu memberikan dampak signifikan untuk kinerja yang berkelanjutan dalam menghadapi situasi yang dinamis.
