VIDEO EDUKASI SEBAGAI STRATEGI PENINGKATAN LITERASI KANKER PAYUDARA: DAMPAK PADA PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP PROAKTIF SADARI REMAJA PUTRI INDONESIA

Abstract
Metode: Penelitian pre–post tanpa kelompok kontrol dilakukan pada 54 siswi SMA pada Maret 2025. Instrumen berupa kuesioner Google Form menilai pengetahuan (%) dan sikap (skor 1–4) sebelum dan sesudah intervensi edukasi video “Mari Sadari Sadanis” dari Kementerian Kesehatan RI. Uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro–Wilk dan analisis perbedaan pre–post dilakukan dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank. Hasil: Rata-rata usia responden 17,48 tahun. Skor pengetahuan meningkat dari 41,56 ± 7,98 menjadi 52,98 ± 9,70 (peningkatan 11,42 poin atau 27,5%; p < 0,001; r = 0,61). Skor sikap meningkat dari 2,61 ± 0,22 menjadi 3,04 ± 0,25 (peningkatan 0,44 poin atau 17%; p < 0,001; r = 0,60). Sebagian besar responden menunjukkan perubahan kategori pengetahuan dari “kurang” menjadi “cukup” dan sikap dari “kurang” menjadi “positif.” Kesimpulan: Edukasi berbasis media audio-visual efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap remaja putri tentang kanker payudara dan SADARI secara signifikan. Namun, peningkatan sikap yang lebih rendah menunjukkan perlunya inovasi pendekatan psikoedukatif berbasis digital dan peer group untuk memperkuat perubahan perilaku preventif.
