PROAUTIS (Program Deteksi dan Pencegahan Anak Autis) dan Penggunaan Whole Banana Bebas Gluten untuk anak Autis

Abstract


Jumlah penyandang autis di Bandungrejo Mranggen Demak bertambah setiap tahunnya. Masyarakat tidak memahami makanan tinggi gluten mempengaruhi peningkatan agresifitas anak autis. Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan masyarakat tentang deteksi dini autis dan pengaturan makanan bebas gluten untuk mencegah agresifitas anak autis. Lokasi kegiatan ini di RW 5 Kelurahan Bandungrejo Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak dengan responden 30 anggota PKK. Kegiatan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan PROAUTIS (Program deteksi dini autis dan mengolah makanan mengurangi gejala autis). Deteksi dini autis menggunakan metode M-CHAT. Umur rata-rata responden 39.03(+ 6.9). Rata-rata pendidikan responden Sekolah menengah Atas (SMA) (60%), responden berpendidikan tertinggi Diploma 3 (10%).  Rata-rata pengetahuan deteksi dini autis sebelum pelatihan 56.67(+8.06), rata-rata pengetahuan deteksi dini autis setelah pelatihan 83.86(+3.7). Rata-rata ketrampilan deteksi dini autis sebelum pelatihan 42.7 (+8.0), Rata-rata ketrampilan deteksi dini setelah pelatihan 82.64(+4.0). Pengetahuan dan ketrampilan anggota PKK meningkat setelah dilakukan pelatihan PROAUTIS dengan tingkat signifikansi < 0.05 tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Terdapat pengaruh pelatihan PROAUTIS terhadap pengetahuan anggota PKK (p value 0.000), Ada pengaruh pelatihan PROAUTIS terhadap ketrampilan anggota PKK (pvalue 0.000). Rekomendasi dan saran bagi anggota PKK untuk menyebar luaskan pengetahuan tentang deteksi dini autis dan mengurangi gejala autis.
