Plasenta Suksenturiata pada Kehamilan Aterm: Laporan Kasus

Abstract
Latar Belakang: Plasenta suksenturiata merupakan kelainan morfologi plasenta yang jarang ditemukan namun berpotensi menimbulkan komplikasi obstetri serius, seperti retensio plasenta, perdarahan postpartum, dan vasa previa. Kondisi ini sering tidak terdeteksi secara antenatal.
Kasus: Seorang wanita berusia 34 tahun, G2P1A0, dengan kehamilan aterm yang datang dengan keluhan perut kencang-kencang. Pemeriksaan ultrasonografi trimester kedua tidak menunjukkan kelainan morfologi plasenta. Persalinan dilakukan secara sectio cesarea elektif atas indikasi riwayat sectio cesarea sebelumnya, dan inspeksi visual plasenta postpartum menunjukkan adanya satu lobus plasenta tambahan yang terpisah dari plasenta utama dan dihubungkan oleh pembuluh darah intramembranosa, sesuai dengan plasenta suksenturiata. Tidak ditemukan komplikasi obstetri selama persalinan maupun masa nifas.
Kesimpulan: Plasenta suksenturiata dapat terjadi pada kehamilan aterm dan sering luput dari diagnosis antenatal. Pemeriksaan plasenta secara menyeluruh setelah persalinan merupakan langkah penting untuk mencegah komplikasi yang dapat dihindari.
