Perbedaan NLR, PLR dan CRP pada Pasien Covid-19 Di ICU dengan Non ICU

Abstract


Latar Belakang: COVID-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang akibatkan oleh infeksi SARS-CoV-2. Gejala klinis bervariasi dari penyakit seperti flu ringan sampai berat hingga mengarah ke ARDS. Parameter inflamasi seperti Neutrophil Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR), Platelet Lymphocyte Ratio (PLR) dan C-Reactive Protein (CRP) adalah penanda prognosis keparahan dan kematian COVID-19.

Metode: Mulai bulan Juni hingga September 2021, 91 pasien yang terinfeksi COVID-19 di Rumah Sakit Dr. Kariadi dilakukan pendataan dengan pen-dekatan cross sectional mengenai karakteristik umum, analisis darah lengkap, kadar NLR, PLR dan CRP dari rekam medis pasien di ICU dan non-ICU menggunakan independent t-test pada tahap observasi analitik. Hasil: Partisipan berasal dari dua kelompok, 46 pasien dirawat di ICU dan 45 pasien dirawat di non-ICU. Rerata usia pasien dengan infeksi COVID-19 di ICU (52,78 ± 7,41) lebih tua dari pasien di non-ICU (47,09 ± 9,86). Nilai PLR (29.089,63 ± 16.597,39), NLR (8.9 ± 4.37) dan CRP (12.15 ± 6.75 mg/dL) secara signifikan (p=0,000) lebih tinggi pada kelompok ICU.

Kesimpulan: NLR, PLR, dan CRP secara signifikan lebih tinggi pada pasien COVID-19 di ICU. Parameter ini dapat membantu mengidentifikasi keparahan infeksi dan risiko kematian COVID-19.
