Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between psychological capital and academic performance as well as the relationship between academic resilience and the two variables in question. This study is a quantitative study using an eksplanator approach. 320 mahasiswa responded using the purposive sampling technique, where data was collected via a Google Form. The research indicator is measured on a likert scale of 1 to 5. Partial Least Square Structural Equational Modeling (PLS-SEM) is the method of data analysis using the SmartPLS version 4 software. The study's findings indicate whether psychological capital has a negative impact on academic performance, academic resilience has a positive impact on academic performance, and psychological capital has a significant positive impact on academic resilience. Academic resilience highlights the relationship between psychological capital and academic achievement.
