Pendekatan Emotion Coaching Dalam Terapi Kelompok Terapeutik Pada Proses Perkembangan Emosi Anak Usia Prasekolah: Case Report

Abstract


Anak-anak usia ini merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang sedang berkembangan fase inisiatif vs rasa bersalah. Terapi Kelompok Teraupetik (TKT) sebagai upaya pembinaan yang tepat dan berkualitas sehingga memberikan dampak baik pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak agar lebih sehat dan bahagia. Hasil pengkajian menunjukkan Anak S (3 tahun) telah mampu menjalankan 7 dari 10 tugas perkembangannya. Masalah yang ditemukan berupa kesiapan peningkatan perkembangan anak prasekolah. Inervensi yang diberikan adalah 6 sesi TKT dengan fokus hasil pada aspek emosi anak. Penerapan konsep emotion coaching dilakukan pada sesi TKT. Hasil yang ditunjukkan kemampuan ibu dalam memfasilitasi perkembangan anak mengalami peningkatan. Tugas perkembangan anak meningkat menjadi 10 dan kemampuan anak dalam meregulasikan emosi dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Sesi TKT dengan menerapkan konsep emotion coaching dapat meningkatkan tugas dan aspek perkembangan emosi anak prasekolah.
