Abstract


The issue of long queues and manual management is the main factor behind the development of this application. The application is designed to allow patients to register online and obtain real-time queue information. This approach aims to minimize waiting time and improve patient comfort. The First In First Out (FIFO) method is implemented to ensure a structured and fair queuing system. It is expected that the implementation of this application can enhance the quality of healthcare services, improve the efficiency of medical staff, and increase patient satisfaction in receiving services at the community health center.
